Fish, Beverages, Pet Food Highlight Week’s Loss Leaders; Best Fuel Price $3.49

Updated sale items at area grocery stores and best gas value in the area.

With Hanukkah and Christmas next week, all grocery stores have loss leaders. Heading the list are beverages. Super savings are highlighted in yellow on the sheet [PDF provided].

King Kullen is running specials on pasta and canned goods.

In addition fish, being on many holiday menus, is sale priced at area chains.

Gas prices have remained steady over the past few weeks. Hopefully the mild weather will continue.

Please see attachments for helpful tips.

TIP OF THE WEEK: Use strong garbage bags to put out refuse instead of garbage cans. Empty barrels at the curb in the middle of the day highlights an empty house.

HIGHLIGHT OF THE FALL SEASON: The wonderful weather!

GRIPE OF THE WEEK: Stores that understock sale items.
