A Glen Head man was arrested Thursday after attempting to sell jewelry linked to several area burglaries, Nassau County Police said.
Frank Lisberg, 27, was charged with eight counts of second degree burglary. He will be arraigned Friday at First District Court in Hempstead.
Third Squad detectives allege Lisberg broke into eight homes over five months, beginning in August. Police say Lisberg stole cash, prescription medication and jewelry.

He was stopped attempting to sell goods at Gold Coast Jewelers of Greenvale.

Nov. 26: 14 Hill Lane, Glen Head
Dec. 3: 28 Hillcrest Drive, Glen Head
Dec. 19: 50 Plymouth Drive S., Glen Head
