Baby Jesus has disappeared from the Nativity scene in front of St. Mary’s Church in Roslyn Harbor.
Sixth Squad detectives said the theft occurred sometime between Thursday evening and early Friday morning. They say that church officials are requesting only the safe return of the figure.
Detectives ask that anyone with information about the Baby Jesus to contact Nassau County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS. All callers will remain anonymous.
