Two people suffered minor injuries Tuesday when the car they were traveling in on Brewster Street jumped a curb, took out a light pole, hit a tree and then a building, according to Glen Cove EMS.
Glen Cove Police and Glen Cove EMS responded to the accident at 10:30 p.m. across from the Glen Arms Apartments. The vehicle's occupants were able to free themselves by the time rescuers arrived, said EMS chief Matthew Venturino.
The victims were taken to Glen Cove Hospital, Venturino said.
