Crime Report: Attempted Robbery on Glen St.

The following information was supplied by the City of Glen Cove Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate a conviction.

The Glen Cove Police Department has declined to provide the names of the arrested.

The Glen Cove Police Department reported the following arrests from Sept. 16 - Sept. 22, 2012.

A 19-year-old female was arrested for DWI and impeding the flow of traffic on Sea Cliff Ave. on Sept. 15.
A 62-year-old male was arrested on open warrants for open container of alcohol and consuming alcohol in a public place on Sept. 19.
A 16-year-old male was arrested for third-degree grand larceny on Chadwick St. on Sept. 19.
A 19-year-old male was arrested for third-degree attempted robbery on Glen St. on Sept. 21.
A 56-year-old male was arrested for DWI and traffic violations on Glen Cove Ave. on Sept. 22.
Two males, ages 30 and 32, were arrested for petit larceny and third-degree criminal trespass on Charles St. on Sept. 22.
