Crime Report: Controlled Substance, DWI And More

The Glen Cove Police Department has declined to provide the names of the arrested. The City of Glen Cove Police Department reported the following arrests from June 2 – June 8, 2013.

A 23-year-old male was arrested for two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree on June 9.

A 30-year-old male was arrested for aggravated driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated, aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree, an open warrant and numerous vehicle traffic law violations on Pulaski Street on June 9.

A 31-year-old male was arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation in the first degree, numerous vehicle traffic law violations and an open warrant on June 9.

A 57-year-old male was arrested for public lewdness on Glen Keith Road on June 10.

A 52-year-old male was arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree and vehicle traffic law violations on Forest Avenue on June 11.

A 28-year-old male was arrested for obstruction of breathing and menacing in the third degree on Maryland Street on June 11.

A 51-year-old male was arrested for three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree and three counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree on June 12.

A 24-year-old male was arrested for third degree assault and fourth degree criminal mischief on Franklin Avenue on June 15.

A 35-year-old male was arrested for aggravated family offense and criminal contempt in the first degree on Dickson Street on June 15.
