Crime Report: Menacing and Assault

The following information was supplied by the City of Glen Cove Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate a conviction.

The Glen Cove Police Department has declined to provide the names of the arrested.

The reported the following arrests from July 15 - July 21, 2012.

  • A 30-year-old male was arrested for third-degree menacing and obstruction of breathing on Cedar Swamp Road on July 18.
  • A 21-year-old female was arrested for fourth-degree criminal mischief on Cedar Swamp Road on July 18.
  • A 32-year-old male was arrested for third-degree assault on Southfield Road on July 20.
  • A 29-year-old male was arrested for seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance on Landing Road on July 21.
