The Glen Cove Police Department has declined to provide the names of the arrested.
The City of Glen Cove Police Department reported the following arrests from Dec. 26, 2012 - Jan. 1, 2013.
- A 24-year-old male was arrested for third-degree tampering with a witness, third-degree intimidating a victim/witness, and second-degree menacing on Glen Street on Dec. 28.
- A 30-year-old male was arrested for third-degree assault on Bridge Street on Dec. 28.
- A 24-year-old male was arrested for leaving the scene of an accident with physical injury, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, unreasonable speed and a defective headlight on Glen Cove Rd. on Dec. 30.
- A 33-year-old male was arrested for operating a motor vehicle with ability impaired by drugs, operating a motor vehicle with ability impaired by combined influence, possession of a controlled substance, failure to signal a turn and a defective brake light on Ellwood Street on Jan. 1.
