Port Washington

1. A Manhasset woman was arrested and accused of shoplifting at 65 Shore Road on Nov. 1.

2. After being involved in a domestic incident, police said, a Port Washington man was arrested at 15 Beechwood Avenue on Nov. 5 .

3. A Port Washington man was arrested for multiple open warrants at 52 Beacon Hill Road on Nov. 5 at 4:53 p.m.

Garden City

1. A Garden City woman was arrested after . She was traveling with her two children, ages 9 and 11, at the time of the accident, police said.

2. A 40-year-old Hempstead man was arrested on Stewart Avenue at Clinton Road after two-vehicle property damage auto accident.

It was also determined that the subject was wanted on a federal immigration deportation warrant. He was placed under arrest and transported to Nassau County Detention Center awaiting transfer to federal authorities.

Malverne-West Hempstead

A on the West Hempstead-Hempstead border early Thursday. He suffered head and neck injuries, and was transported by Nassau County EMS ambulance to a nearby hospital.

Levittown

A Great Neck man was arrested by New York State Police on Tuesday after they discovered he was driving with 42 suspensions on his license.

According to state police, the driver, 39-year-old Shawn White, was driving north along the Wantagh Parkway near Hempstead Turnpike in Levittown. A trooper determined that he was driving 76 miles per hour in a 55 mile-per-hour zone and attempted to pull him over.

The van drove several blocks off of the Wantagh Parkway before pulling over, running a stop sign in the process. A check of White's license revealed the 42 suspensions. He was also operating the vehicle with suspended license plates.
