Glen Cove Man Charged with Identity Theft

A Glen Cove man was arrested on May 27 and charged with using stolen credit and ATM cards.

Randell Guerrier, 23, of Avalon Square was arrested on May 27 by Detective Chris Albin and charged with six counts of Larceny, three counts of Possessing Stolen Property, three counts of Forgery, and three counts of Identity Theft, said Lt. Tom Fitzpatrick of the .

Guerrier has no previous record and began using the stolen cards in January 2011, according to Fitzpatrick.

Fitzpatrick said that Albin identified Guerrier from surveillance video obtained from locations where the cards were used.

He was arraigned in District Court on May 28.
