Police say man shot ex-wife during drive on Oyster Bay Avenue Monday morning.

A Glen Cove man fatally shot his ex-wife and then himself Monday in Mill Neck, according to the Nassau County Police Department's Homicide Squad.

Clara Urbina-Villalobos, 45, of Glen Cove was driving a 1999 Toyota Sienna at 8 a.m. on Oyster Bay Avenue with Eddy Abregu, 51, when a confrontation occurred and the car came to a stop, police said.

Abregu shot Urbina-Villalobos once before turning the gun on himself, said police.

Authorities told Newsday Urbina-Villalobos had children.

I knew these people, very nice, hardworking. They migrated from Peru in early 2000. Really sad this had to happen. They leave behind two kids, i wish the best for them.

This is an excellent way to get rid of every pill/elixir or whatever that you no longer use. VeryRead More simple, drive in drop your stuff in the receptacle and leave. Great program and good job to those running it.
