Glen Cove Police continue to hunt for two robbers following a home invasion early Saturday.
Two people wearing ski masks underneath oversized hoods entered, bound and robbed three North Lane residents, according to police.
At approximately 1:30 a.m., the received a 911 call for a robbery, when a female victim managed to escape and run down the road to on School Street.
Police responded to Domino's and the North Lane home, where they found two other male victims still bound, according to Lt. Fitzpatrick of the Glen Cove Police Department.
A police K-9 unit and the Aviation Unit were immediately called in to assist with the search for the robbers, who fled prior to police arrival.
Detectives believe the thieves had a getaway car parked in the / parking lot on School Street, as three unidentified persons in hoods were seen running from North Lane shortly after the robbery.
"We do not believe this was a random crime," said Lt. Fitzpatrick. "The suspects appeared to have targeted this particular residence."
The female victim suffered a head injury during the altercation and was taken to North Shore LIJ Hospital at Manhasset.
Police are looking for any information about the incident.
"A cash reward is being offered through Crime Stoppers for information leading to an arrest, and you may remain anonymous," said Fitzpatrick.
