Glen Head Man Due in Court in Surveillance Case

Police say man made video recordings in school's faculty bathroom.

A Glen Head man accused of taking iPhone video recordings in a South Huntington school bathroom is due in court July 10.

Kevin Clancy, 31, of 10-A Glenn Ave., an IT technician working as a contractor at Countrywood Primary Center in South Huntington, was charged with second-degree unlawful surveilance, a felony.

Suffolk County police said that, after a lengthy investigation, Clancy was arrested April 25 and accused of taking recordings in a faculty bathroom at the elementary school.

The case is in Suffolk First District Court. Clancy's last court appearance was June 21.
