Man Stable After Being Hit Crossing Street
Incident occurred Friday at intersection of Glen Cove Ave. and Sea Cliff Ave.
A 46-year-old man is in stable condition after he was hit while crossing Sea Cliff Ave. just east of the intersection with Glen Cove Ave. around 10:45 a.m. Friday, Glen Cove EMS reported.
The person was treated for trauma and taken to North Shore University Hospital, said EMS Chief Matt Venturino.
Glen Cove Police said the victim suffered injuries to his ribs and leg pain. He was struck by a van, police said.
