Warrant Sweep Nets 12 Arrests

Nassau, Glen Cove Police join forces to execute warrants around city.

A total of 12 people were arrested during a warrant sweep conducted by Glen Cove Police this week, according to Det. Lt. John Nagle.

The sweep was done with assistance from Nassau County Police, Nagle said.

Charges included aggravated unlicensed operation, assault, criminal obstruction of breathing, DWI, violation of probation, menacing and criminal sale of controlled substances.

The suspects will be arraigned in Glen Cove Court as well as First District Court in Nassau County.
