City to Vote on Rt. 107 Mural Refurbishment
Items on the Tuesday, Jan. 14 Glen Cove City Council meeting.
The Glen Cove City Council will vote on a resolution Tuesday allowing the Department of Public Works to accept a work permit from the NYS DOT to clean, repaint and repair the Soundscape mural along Route 107 in Glen Cove.
Also on the agenda for Tuesday night's meeting is a resolution allowing the transfer of a 2.1 acre parcel of land on the Glen Cove waterfront to the Industrial Development Agency for the sum of $250,000 in furtherance of the sale contract with RXR Glen Isle Partners, LLC.
