When it comes to showing patriotism, youngsters in Glen Cove are ahead of the curve.
More than 200 kids rode their bicycles, battery powered vehicles and scooters through the city's downtown area sporting red, white and blue on Sunday as part of the city's annual Bicycle Parade.
The event, which ran along Forest Avenue and School Street, was one of many that the city held on Sunday in honor of the Fourth of July.
