Photo of the Day: New Flags for Danis Park

Glen Cove Rotary has supplied new flags each year since 2001 in time for Memorial Day.

Brian Mercadante of the Glen Cove Rotary delivered new flags for the flagpoles at Danis Park to mayor Ralph Suozzi. 

The city's Department of Public Works will install the flags in time for Memorial Day, which the city will mark with a parade and other commemorations on the weekend of Saturday, May 26.
