1. 200 Carney Street Corp.: To consider an application for Site Plan & Special Use to permit the construction of 52 apartments in two buildings at 200 Carney Street located in the I-2 Light Industrial District and in the Orchard Neighborhood Redevelopment Incentive Overlay District. (21-H-26,268 & 269)

Regular Meeting

1. 200 Carney Street Corp.: Site Plan and Special Use to construct 52 apartments in two buildings at 200 Carney Street. Motion to approve, deny or reserve decision.

2. Nicholas and Shauna Leopardi: Preliminary review of Minor Subdivision to alter lot lines for two lots located at 10 Matinecock Farms Road located in the R-1 One Acre Residence District. (23-69-53&54)

3. : Consideration of a resolution granting an additional extension of time for the site development plan approval for premises located at 86 Glen Cove Avenue. Motion to approve, deny or reserve decision.

4. Glen Cove Shopping Center, Inc.: Consideration of a resolution granting an additional extension of time for the site development plan for premises located at 189 Forest Avenue. Motion to approve, deny or reserve decision.
