RXR Glen Isle Partners, LLC – To consider an application for a Special Use Permit for the Planned Unit Development (PUD) Master Development Plan Approval of RXR Glen Isle Partners, LLC, encompassing 56 acres located on the north side of Glen Cove Creek in the MW-3 Zoning District, and to also consider the Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) under the State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) in connection with the proposed project. 

Regular Meeting:

1. RXR Glen Isle Partners, LLC – Special Use Permit for the Planned Unit Development (PUD) and the Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) for the proposed RXR Glen Isle Mixed-Use Waterfront Development Project. Motion to approve, deny or reserve decision.
