Planning Board Chairman Thomas Scott called on the board during Tuesday night's meeting to reserve the decision due to "roadblocks" to public interest, including the project's credibility as a piazza as the three remaining outparcels have not been acquired by piazza developers.

The project calls for a $60 million investment into the Village Square, in the heart of downtown Glen Cove, with 142 multifamily residential apartments and 27,000 square feet of retail space across four five-story buildings.
