Glen Cove's City Council discussed the implementation of a one-time parking fee at its May 8 meeting, with city planner Max Stach on hand to provide details about the fee structure and who it would affect.
Mayor Ralph Suozzi said the fee is part of the city's Master Plan, and is one element of a strategy that aims to improve the central business district and draw visitors.
