Residents Invited to Chip-A-Tree Saturday
Glen Cove's Christmas tree recycling program will run from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Turn that loose-needled Christmas tree into something your community can use.
Glen Cove's annual Chip-A-Tree event is scheduled for Saturday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. in the Morgan Park parking lot.
Trees will be chipped on-site. The day's harvest will be used at city playgrounds and other areas which need wood chips.
