The Town of Oyster Bay Planning Advisory Board will meet on Thursday,
March 28, according to Councilman Joe Pinto.
The meeting will be held in the Town Board Hearing Room, Town Hall East, 54 Audrey
Avenue, Oyster Bay, at 7 p.m.
The Planning Advisory Board has authority to review applications for projects in certain designated areas of the Tow -- RMF-6, RMF-10, RO and OB -- as well as site plans for major projects in other commercial and residential areas within the Town.
The board reviews specific site plans and recommends approval or disapproval of the proposed plans to the Town Board.
