TOBAY Wants Photo Submissions for Calendar

Send your photos in for a chance to be featured in the 2012-13 calendar.

The 2012-13 Town of Oyster Bay calendar is already in the works and TOBAY officials are encouraging residents to submit their photos to appear in the calendar. Photos taken in any season within the confines of TOBAY will be accepted.

Email photos in JPEG format to mkane@oysterbay-ny.gov or send prints to Town Hall, "Attn. Public Information Office, Calendar Photo Submissions." Senders should attach their name, address, phone number, and a photo description to accompany each shot. Entrants will be notified

Reminders for this week:

  • Second Half General Taxes will be accepted without penalty through Friday.
  • The Hicksville Annex-TOBAY Parking Facility will be open for tax collection Monday through Friday of this week.
  • Summer Recreation and GAP programs end Friday.

TOBAY Board Meeting
When: Tuesday Aug. 14, 10 a.m. (This meeting was originally scheduled for Tuesday Aug. 7.)
Where: Town Hall

TOBAY NCAA Soccer Festival
When: Sat., Aug. 11, 4 p.m. and 7 p.m., with children's clinic at 5:30 p.m.
Where: Hofstra University

Homeowner Cleanup Day
When: Sat., 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Where: Old Bethpage Solid Waste Disposal Complex
