Glen Cove, Nassau Dems Open Local HQ

The Glen Cove office is the first official campaign headquarters opening in Nassau for the 2013 election year.

DeRiggi-Whitton and Glen Cove Mayor Ralph Suozzi, along with  area Democrats opened campaign headquarters in Glen Cove. Joining them were candidates for county, town and city races.

Located at 102 School Street, the office will house headquarters for Democratic campaigns in the City of Glen Cove and North Oyster Bay. This is the first official campaign headquarters opening in Nassau for the 2013 election year, with others slated to open later in the month.

Also in attendance to open the office were comptroller candidate Howard
Weitzman, county clerk candidate Laura Gillen, legislature candidate David Gugerty, members of the Town of Oyster Bay Democratic ticket, and members of the City of Glen Cove ticket.

More than 200 people were in attendance.
