Long Island Personal Trainers found the Best Mexican Restaurant on Long Island!

There are hidden gems all over Long Island and it's only a matter of time until they are dug up and discovered. Being a "foodie" I love to visit new places and not only try out their food, but study their menu, customer service, and experience they deliver.

I've been to a number of the big Mexican Restaurants on Long Island that are titled as the most popular or the Best of LI, but to be honest, alot of the smaller gem places are hidden because they can't compete in a system that works off of popularity votes and not quality of food, experience, or customer serivce.

So that's why Mr. Nutrition and I of the Meta Burn Fat Loss Studio will be out and about trying out new places locally in the Glen Cove North Shore area first to see what's out there.

We will be reporting back via video on our experience and some nutrition and fitness tips to go along with what we discover.

Puerto Vallarta is our best Mexican Restaurant on Long Island to date. We love the food, the atmosphere, the friendly staff, and the awesome Margaritas (shhh don't tell anyone we had one :) )

So here is a video about our experience and two of our favorite dishes. Next time you are in town or looking for the best Mexican Restaurant on Long Island, visit Puerto Vallarta and tell Roger that Rahz and Greg sent you from this video.

Address is

48 Cedar Swamp Rd. in Glen Cove

Phone: 516-277-2900

Hope you enjoy the video and leave us a comment on your experience when you visit Puerto Vallarta.

P.S. Try their Margaritas :)

Long Island has excellent Mexican restaurants. I bounce back and forth between Puerto Vallarta and Quetzalcoatl in Huntington Village - both are very good. My main spot, however, is Tex Mex in GC for takeout.
You can't leave Puerto without having a frozen margarita, I must say.
