10 Holiday Shows in Glen Cove

Several schools throughout area will be hosting annual winter concerts.

There is plenty of opportunity to enjoy a holiday concert in the community this season. Schools throughout Glen Cove will be hosting several winter and holiday concerts–all open to the public and free of cost. Support local chorale and band students by attending various concerts in the upcoming weeks.

Patch has put a list together of 10 holiday shows in Glen Cove.

1.  – Ridge Drive

The Elementary school will host a third and fourth grade winter concert at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 15 in the school's auditorium.

2.  – Dosoris Lane

The High School will host the Winter Festival of Performing Arts on Wednesday, Dec. 15 at 7:30 p.m. in the auditorium. Band and Orchestra members will perform. Admission is free and open to the public.

3.  – Forest Avenue.

Finley's seventh and eighth grade band and chorus students will perform on Thursday, Dec. 16 at 7 p.m. for the winter concert.

4.  – 60 McLoughlin Street

Grades three and four will be perform in the winter concert at 2 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 17 in the school's auditorium.

5. Connolly Elementary School – Ridge Drive

Grade five students will have their chance to perform for the winter concert at 10 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 17.

6. Landing Elementary – 60 McLoughlin Street

Fifth grade students will perform in the winter concert on Monday Dec. 20 at 2 p.m. 

7. Robert M. Finely Middle School – Forest Avenue  

The sixth grade winter concert will commence at 6 p.m. on Wednesday Dec. 22.

8. - Dosoris Lane, Glen Cove

Deasy will host its winter concert on January 12 at 10 a.m. 

9.  – 12 Pearlsall Avenue

The school will host its annual Christmas pageant on Wednesday Dec. 22 at 7:30 p.m. The pageant will feature a nativity theme in which all grades will perform.

10.  – 28 Highland Road

The school will host its annual Holiday Sing-A-Long in the school's gym. on Wednesday Dec. 22. All grades will perform.
