Diabetes - Heart Club Support Group

Every 3rd Monday of the Month, Glen Cove Hospital will hold a Diabetes Support Group from 12-1pm. It will be held in the Maxwell Board Room. Please contact Meg Diliberto (516) 674-7936 for details.
