Gold Martial Arts will host a Parent's Night Out Party on March 20 from 6 to 10 p.m.
Children will learn basic martial arts moves, kicks, punches and blocks, self-defense techniques in a safe environment, strength and conditioning through plyometric drills and more. The youngsters will also have the opportunity play in the institute's game room. Pizza and soft-drinks will also be served.
