Long Island Hoops Adult Recreational Basketball League - Starts Sept. 12, 2011:
The over-30 league will have two divisions: Competitive and recreational. Over-18 divisions have three levels: B-1, B-2 and B-3. The Corporate Division is an intermediate level.
Games played Monday through Thursday nights with start times between 7:00 and 10:00. Cost is $850 for an eight game season and playoffs. Price includes eight reversible jerseys (extra jerseys would be $15 each). Teams pay $35 officials fee per game. Games are played in full size gyms located in Westbury and Mineola (Nassau Divisions) Dix Hills, Hauppauge and Brentwood (Suffolk Divisions)
