Roll 'em! Baby is front and center as mom huffs and puffs her way back to her pre-pregnancy shape in the beautiful waterfront setting of Morgan Park. This unique and fun postnatal program creatively integrates a challenging cardiovascular workout with strength training and core conditioning exercises. We use the proven science of corrective exercise and interval training to maximize your caloric burn and help you reach your fitness goals faster than any other training method. Be your baby’s or toddler’s first role model for lifelong health and vitality!
