YI - JING - MN , incorporates Tai Chi , Bau Gua , Xing Yi , Baji, and kung fu.emphasizes fluid graceful movements , yet are highly effective self - defense , techniques , internal exercises and forms cultivate CHI energy for health and self - defense.
