North Shore Girls Lacrosse Grabs Championship in OT

North Shore High School beat Cold Spring Harbor 14 - 13.

The North Shore High School girls lacrosse team edged out Cold Spring Harbor in overtime Wednesday in the Nassau Class C girls lacrosse finals game at Adelphi University.

There were 40 seconds left in regular time with Cold Spring Harbor up 13-12 when North Shore scored for a tie, according to Kevin Angliss of Sea Cliff, who was at the game. 

North Shore scored for the win and claimed the Class C championship.
