5.  Where/When: Nikon at Jones Beach Theater, 1000 Ocean Pkwy, Wantagh, Saturday at 7 p.m. Why Go: After you soak up the sun at the beach, check out the famous rock/alternative band Incubus at the Nikon Theater at Jones Beach.  Pricing: Tickets starting at $28.

6.  Where/When: 77 South St, Oyster Bay, Sunday at 10 a.m. Why Go: Get the physical and mental benefits of open-level vinyasa flow yoga during this one hour class taught an experienced, registered yoga instructor. Pricing: $10.
