Just in case you missed Patch's coverage this week, here is an overview of some of the latest news in Glen Cove. 

- John Maccarone Memorial Stadium was packed with hundreds of kids on Monday morning as the city hosted its annual Spring Egg Hunt. Patch was on hand to capture the hunting event, which gave kids a chance to have fun before returning to school from Spring Break on Tuesday. 

- Patch also continued its Glen Cove High School sports coverage this week. Most of the teams have kicked-off their games, so check out our game stories and highlights.

- Glen Cove Hospital also became the first medical facility in the state this week to earn certification for Advanced Inpatient Diabetes Management. Click here to read all about it. 

- In recognition of Yom HaShoah or Holocaust Remembrance Day, Holocaust survivors called for an end to cyber-bullying on Friday during a press conference at the Holocaust Memorial and Tolerance Center Nassau County in Glen Cove.
