Glen Cove Sept. 11 Memorial Service
As we approach the 12-Year Anniversary of the September 11th Terrorist Attacks on the United States, Mayor Ralph V. Suozzi and the Glen Cove Chamber of Commerce would like to invite you to join us for a solemn commemoration and dedication. 

Please join us on Wednesday, September 11, 2013 6:30 p.m. at Pratt Park on Glen Cove Avenue (Next to the Glen Cove Volunteer Fire Dept.)

Local clergy, community leaders, first responders and members of our entire community will come together as the Chamber of Commerce dedicates a monument containing a piece of steel from Ground Zero to the firefighters of the City of Glen Cove.

Friends of the Glen Cove Library Annual Membership Meeting

Wednesday, 7 p.m. 

Live Music with dNa at Glen Cove Library
On Wednesday from 7-9 p.m., the library will host Glen Cove's own dNa - a locally grown music trio who will pay homage to our town's temple of knowledge with their own brand of acoustic rock, folk and Americana with a healthy side of funk- say what? This is a special event and not to be missed- come celebrate life and the library!

Coastal Cleanup Day at Garvies Point Preserve
Meet in front of the museum at 11 am. Volunteers can then enjoy a complimentary Live Animal program courtesy of North Shore Audubon & Tackapausha Museum. Light refreshments will be served. Saturday.
