Danny Gagnon, a season five contestant on Bravo TV's "Top Chef" on cable, has a brought his culinary talents to Glen Head. He recently opened DoraNonnie Tapas & Wine Bar - located inside Bernard's Market - which features Italian-Asian fusion cuisine and other unique selections. Gagnon says he learned to cook Italian and Asian fare through his grandparents, and by working with different chefs: "I discovered cooking through my grandmothers, Dora and Nonnie, and something I learned from that time is the Lemon Pistachio Cake, which is on the menu," he said.
