What do you think of recent lawsuits alleging that food service companies kept tips meant for their employees?
A spate of lawsuits hit several prominent North Shore caterers in February claiming the employers withheld gratuities from their staff over the course of several years.

Allegations of misconduct in Kosher food preparation by Morrell Caterers led to the between the company and the Woodbury Jewish Center, which cited "violations of Jewish principles." The caterer's owner, Scott Morrell, in turn against the center and its rabbis for defamation of character.
